Sourdough French Toast


[approximate] Ingredients:
2 pc Sourdough Bread
2 Eggs
1/3 c Milk
1 tspn Vanilla
pinch of salt

Method:
Preheat skillet to medium heat
Combine ingredients in bowl large enough to fit bread in
Soak Bread for about 30 seconds
Butter pan generously
Fry
Eat!

Oh, French Toast. You are so quick and so easy. So rich and buttery and SWEET! Cut some strawberries, fry some [good] bacon and serve with real maple syrup for a breakfast treat.

Served here with freshly squeezed grapefruit juice. Hizzah!
