Simple CCC's

Mmmm, sweets! I tried this simple recipe for chocolate chip cookies that I found over at ninety-nine cents dreams. It has a surprisingly high yield, so if you're not giving some away, I'd recommend halving the recipe. I believe I made about 35-40 cookies or so using a small cookie scoop.

I used toasted sliced almonds in for the nuts, and boy were they delicious! I also used mini-chocolate chips, but I think I'll stick with regular sized ones next time. In place of real butter, I used Earth Balance.

Delicious with a nice cold glass of milk!
