Avocado Salad Sandwiches


Mmmm, Summertime means Summer Food! Whipped this up in a hurry after a bike ride.

Ingredients:
1 Avocado diced
1 Roma tomato sliced
1-1.5 tbsn Mayo [I used a lil too much]
1 piece of imitation crab meat
salt
pepper

*add bacon if you know what's good for you. Or keep it meat free and skip the krab, too.

Serve on Sourdough Bread [my fava-fav] and garnish with shaved Parmesan Cheese.
